NTT Security Brings Research, Intelligence and Expertise to Virus Bulletin 2026
Supporting knowledge sharing and collaboration at one of the cybersecurity industry's leading events

This October, the global cybersecurity research community comes together in Seville for Virus Bulletin 2026 (VB2026). NTT Security is proud to be part of the event, bringing together expertise from across Europe and Japan to share knowledge, discuss emerging threats and contribute new security research.
As a partner of Virus Bulletin 2026, NTT Security is proud to support one of the cybersecurity industry's leading forums for technical research and knowledge exchange. Throughout the event, NTT Security experts will engage with customers, partners and industry peers, sharing insights on emerging threats and discussing the latest developments in threat intelligence, security operations and cyber defence.
NTT Security research takes the stage at VB2026
As part of the conference program, researchers from NTT Security Japan will present "Otter encyclopaedia: deep analysis of Otter family", offering new insights into the evolving Otter malware ecosystem and the infrastructure supporting its operations. The research examines multiple malware variants associated with the Otter family, providing attendees with a deeper understanding of attacker techniques, command-and-control infrastructure and operational workflows that can help strengthen threat detection and response capabilities.
The presentation reflects NTT Security's continued investment in cybersecurity research and intelligence. By sharing original findings with the wider security community, the company aims to help organisations better understand emerging threats and strengthen detection and response capabilities.
Sharing cybersecurity research across the global community
"Virus Bulletin has long been one of the most respected forums for cybersecurity research and technical innovation, said Fredrik Olsson, CEO Europe, NTT Security. As a partner of VB2026, we are pleased to support an event that brings together the global cybersecurity community to share knowledge and advance understanding of emerging threats. Alongside our colleagues from NTT Security Japan presenting their latest research into the Otter malware family, we look forward to engaging with customers, partners and peers from across the industry throughout the event."
Visitors to VB2026 will have the opportunity to meet with NTT Security experts and learn more about the company's approach to Managed Detection and Response, threat intelligence, security operations and incident response.
